I wanted to drop a line and complement one of your staff. I went to the Charlotte - South Blvd location yesterday for a normal inspection prior to registration renewal. The gentleman there named Poe was exceptional. Everything passed with a normal inspection, but he then took the extra time (no one was currently in line) to walk me through what could be future issues. Stuff that was not major and things he could see will require maintenance as some point a few thousand miles down the road. I have never had this level of service at an auto related type business. I will always use this location for future inspections, and will spread the word. Thank you.
